Camera edge scroll broken after loading a savegame from ingame menu

Bug Description

Camera scrolling using mouse stops working. Keyboard controls still work. Bug does not appear to happen in retail version

Reproduction Steps

Start skirmish, save a game, immediately load that save.
Does not happen when going back to the main menu and then loading the save.

Tested using weekly-2025-11-28

I could not reproduce it on the original game (Zero Hour on Steam)

Its an edge scroll issue. Scrolling with right mouse button is still possible.
Possible introduced by #1362 or #1462
