Add Autonomi developer skill and refresh upstream docs

Summary

• add the initial Autonomi developer skill package and maintenance metadata
• promote ant-protocol and expand the repo/component registries so every active docs page is source-mapped and verified
• reverify the current docs set against upstream heads and correct drift in daemon env vars, REST endpoints, CLI flags, MCP tools, and external-signer flows

Validation

• git diff --check
• YAML parse check for repo-registry.yml and component-registry.yml
• coverage check confirming all active docs pages are mapped in component-registry.yml and include verification blocks
