Add Autonomi developer skill

Summary

• add the autonomi-developer skill package on top of current main
• wire the skill into the current component-registry.yml with feeds_skills for the SDK, CLI, Rust, MCP, node, payment, self-encryption, and protocol components it depends on
• reverify the skill against current upstream heads and refresh its live-doc references, maintenance guidance, and protocol-adjacent operational scope

Validation

• git diff --check
• YAML parse check for component-registry.yml
• JSON parse check for skills/autonomi-developer/version.json
• live docs URL check for all docs.autonomi.com references in skills/autonomi-developer/SKILL.md
• focused content review for factual accuracy, usability, and feeds_skills consistency

Notes

• this PR replaces the conflicted skill-plus-docs branch in Add Autonomi developer skill and refresh upstream docs #11 with a clean skill-only review surface from current main
