• Removed fictional elements: No more made-up statistics (10x faster, $2.3B saved, etc.) or fake testimonials
• New hero section: Clear value proposition without hyperbole
• Problem-first approach: Explains the real integration, discovery, and automation problems
• How It Works section: Shows actual AdCP workflow with realistic examples
• Community focus: Emphasizes open development and collaboration

Visual Improvements

• Reduced emoji usage for more professional appearance
• Better visual hierarchy with clearer sections
• Improved responsive design for mobile devices
