[CI] Update the expected CI jobs list in the update_branch script

This PR updates the CI jobs list in the update_branch script and fixes #14618.

Once this is merged, the intent is to reenable the job at https://github.com/apache/tvm/actions/workflows/update_last_successful_branch.yml.

I do not have the permission to reenable the workflow -- could the person who approves & merges this also reenable that? :)
