About the Bug

When watching a movie, if you switch the audio track or subtitle track during playback, then exit the player and later resume watching ("Continue Watching"), the previously selected audio and subtitle tracks are reset to defaults. The user has to manually re-select their preferred tracks every time they resume playback.

This is different from #55 (account-wide subtitle preferences) — this issue is specifically about remembering the user's in-session track selection when resuming.

Reproduction steps

  1. Start playing a movie that has multiple audio tracks and subtitles
  2. Switch to a non-default audio track (e.g. from English to Russian)
  3. Enable subtitles or switch to a different subtitle track
  4. Exit the player
  5. Resume playback of the same movie ("Continue Watching")
  6. Notice that audio and subtitle tracks are reset to defaults instead of keeping the previously selected ones

Expected behavior

When resuming playback, the app should restore the audio track and subtitle track that were selected during the previous viewing session.
