- Updates to v2 of dbal-fluid-schema-manager
- Fix test config + tests, var/schema2.yml is git ignored and only generated by a test, since the test order is random the tests depending on that schema file to be present were failing, moved the schema file to /etc.
- Adds helper script to easily run tests on mysql db
