@mmitche, Can you help with this one since you have been working on prebuilt enablement in the SDK? At first glance this appears that it could be an instance of dotnet/source-build#3358. |

It doesn't appear to be 3358. Between builds .3 and .4, the SB intermediate package suddenly has many fewer nupkgs (most of the packages that have framework binaries are gone): dotnet/runtime@e7ed417...5117e1f dotnet/runtime@e3c3700 is probably the culprit. @tmds @ViktorHofer @NikolaMilosavljevic |

dotnet/runtime official builds were failing because of a regression which @lewing reverted via dotnet/runtime#84743. The next official build should be green. |
