Marker stack implementation filter and the search filter breaks on very narrow windows

While I was testing #4581 I found this issue. When I try to change the width and narrow down the Firefox window, the UI breaks at some point. See the screenshots below:

This is how it looks for flame graph:

I don't know if people actually use the profiler UI that narrow, but it could be good fix it.

We probably need some white-space: nowrap here and there.
