• github-discussion-query skill shell script failed because local gh lacks gh discussion list; mcpscripts github_discussion_query succeeded instead.
• create_discussion CLI exposed no temporary_id flag, so test used the real create_discussion write without temp-id wiring.
• dispatch_workflow first JSON-stdin attempt showed help only; flag-based retry succeeded.
