Summary

  • bump the Python package from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1 under the three-segment, max-30 carry rule
  • add the current release entry to all four top-level READMEs
  • prepare a non-empty patch release for the 17 commits since v1.4.0

User value

The release fixes the Hugging Face paraformer-en alias silently selecting the Chinese model and ships Fun-ASR-Nano LoRA fine-tuning plus safer checkpoint selection. The tagged source also adds native JSONL timestamps, SenseVoice TensorRT deployment, OpenClaw realtime transcription, and runtime ownership fixes.

Validation

  • release version contract was exercised red-first, then passes 2/2
  • 62 release and post-v1.4.0 value regressions pass
  • compileall, Ruff, and git diff --check pass
  • wheel and sdist build successfully and pass Twine
  • isolated no-dependency wheel install reports funasr==1.4.1 and paraformer-en -> funasr/paraformer-en
  • the candidate release staging has exactly 12 assets: wheel, sdist, 9 public-backsource-verified llama.cpp runtimes, and SHA256SUMS-v1.4.1

The commit is SSH-signed and DCO-signed. A remote rollback branch and complete pre-release Git bundle were created before this change.
