Proposed Change

Remove all ubi8 docker builds and manifests from the goreleaser configuration.

Removed docker builds:

  • ubi8-amd64
  • ubi8-arm64

Removed docker manifests (ubi8 variants across all registries):

  • observiq/observiq-otel-collector:{{ .Version }}-ubi8
  • ghcr.io/observiq/observiq-otel-collector:{{ .Version }}-ubi8
  • us-central1-docker.pkg.dev/observiq-containers/collector/observiq-otel-collector:{{ .Version }}-ubi8
  • observiq/bindplane-agent:{{ .Version }}-ubi8
  • ghcr.io/observiq/bindplane-agent:{{ .Version }}-ubi8
  • us-central1-docker.pkg.dev/observiq-containers/agent/bindplane-agent:{{ .Version }}-ubi8

Should the ubi8 docker file be removed too?

@dpaasman00 The discussion was to remove it from the CI, not remove it entirely. I'll let Joe weigh in.
