/v1/register-yourself :: Attribute configured? and Update LTP notified? testcases, the sent preceding-application-name and preceding-release-number as OldRelease, RO sends old-address, port of it's OldRelease itself, this causes incorrect configuration.

Also, a bug has been raised in RO impl for fixing this issue for not sending RO's own OldRelease data.
