For fixes AP#800, can we also add a request in Clearing stage "PUT initial http-c/application-name" for OldRelease instance. Because, the initial value of preceding-application-name would be "OldRelease", but in the request we are sending http-s/application-name, which would update the value of http-c-or- instance. We can revert it back to "OldRelease". This shall be added to /v1/register-yourself, Attribute-configured and Update LTP notified? / preceding-release-number update
