@mhoeber Note that this change also impacts the release date for newly created sections/subsections. It will now be this "future" date instead of the "1970 date". |

@cahrens @singingwolfboy In new sandbox, creating a new section and subsection -- dates are still 1970. is that change being delivered separately? |

elaboration: in a newly created course, new section/subsection dates are 2030. In pre-existing course, new sections are 1970. Updating other parts of documentation to address this, will post here again when it's ready. |
