Yes, #28692 (comment) this is working in stable10, but not in this branch.

Uploading of a folder with subfolders and files inside the subfolders doesn't upload the files of the subfolders.

@SergioBertolinSG uploading a folder in Chromium works for me for both this PR and also on stable10. The folder and subfolder contents are uploaded properly and visible when I browse.

Make sure to clear cache between test runs.

OK, you are right. Erasing all the chrome cache has fixed it.
