Summary

Follow-up to #121 for dense recency lists, mobile stability, and tighter sidebar chrome.

Compact list chrome (web)

Remove the stacked full-width filters (env + grouping + projects + hide settled).
Keep a slim Threads | Board toggle and a single View & filters button (Sidebar V2–style).
Menu holds: group by, project scope, multi-env checkboxes, hide settled.
Active-filter dot when anything is non-default.

Recency buckets

Split Today into Last Hour and Earlier Today.
Empty buckets omitted; lone non-empty bucket → no section header.

Server / environment name

Web recency rows: project · server (+ server icon when remote).
Mobile: show env label on flat/recency (and multi-env).

Hide settled

Still available (now inside View & filters).

Mobile open crash mitigation

Home LegendList now sets getItemType so mixed item types don’t share recycle pools.

Test plan

Sidebar header is one search row + one compact control row (not five stacked dropdowns).
View & filters opens grouping, project, environments, hide settled.
Active filter dot appears when scoped/non-default.
Recency buckets / hide settled / multi-server labels still work.
Cold open mobile with multi-project list — no crash.

Split “Today” into Last Hour and Earlier Today so dense day lists stay scannable. Empty buckets stay omitted; when only one non-empty bucket remains, skip section headers so a single “Last Hour” label does not wrap the whole list. Hide settled remains available on the Threads surface (web toggle + mobile filter menu).

Show environment/server next to project on classic recency thread rows (web), following Sidebar V2’s server cue. On mobile, always include the server label for flat/recency grouping (and multi-env lists). Also pass getItemType to Home’s recycled LegendList so mixed item types (header / section-header / thread / …) do not share recycle pools — a likely cold-open crash when shells load.
