openshift-image-registryplugin from the janus-idp/backstage-plugins repository was migrated to the redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins repository. The migration was performed by following the manual migration steps outlined in the RHDH Plugins CONTRIBUTING guide@janus-idp/cli: upgraded to 1.15.2
