Investigate SARIF test failure with new diktat and ktlint

The reason is that diktat writes several lines of debug logging before SARIF. We are trying to desrialize the entire stdout into SARIF object, and obviousely deserialization fails. These lines are similar to this:

Compared to our old resources setup, newer ktlint uses slf4j. However, I haven't yet managed to find any places where we or they set level to DEVUG in diktat or diktat tests.
