Requires strongloop/loopback#123
Related to strongloop/loopback-workspace#34 and strongloop/loopback-workspace#35

We need to bump up the minimum loopback version in package.json before merging this change.

Use `app.docs()` to expose Swagger specs. This way we don't have to
depend on loopback's dependency strong-remoting.
Listen on app's "start" event and report the URL where the user can
access the explorer GUI.

Closing in favour of #10.

The logging at start turned out to be more complex than I initially thought, I will address it in a standalone PR.
