Summary

  • Adds embargo callout (April 28, 2026) near top of report
  • Adds "Who commissioned this report?" section with Earthjustice, AGREE, and EDF logos
  • Adds "Who is Switchbox?" section with Switchbox logo
  • Adjusts column widths and logo sizes for visual balance

Test plan

  • Verify embargo callout renders correctly in HTML output
  • Verify logos display at correct sizes and alignment
  • Confirm just render passes without errors
