This PR adds the Brazilian Portuguese translation to Fira Code's README.
Similar to the Spanish README, I've decided to not follow
README_(lang code).mdbut create it asLEIAME.mdinstead. Together with the documentation, I've also translated every image and added a link to it in the other languages. Took me some hours, but hope you like it!
