1. In C#, for operations having json payload, there used to be a
`vendorExtension`, `x-is-json` which used to be set to `true`. That is
removed in MVR. Now, we are using `bodyParams` are present or not to
detect if the payload is json. This is in coherence with all other
helpers as well

C# as of now uses custom datatypes for nested response schema but does
not generate appropriate classes for those custom datatypes. This PR
handles this issue by traversing recursively through the responseModel
and its nested codegenProperties to resolve nested response schema and
adds them to nestedModels variable at api resource level which is then
generated using the mustache file in the same way as nested request
bodies are handled.

Also, with this change all languages now support nested response
handling.

Also, with this change all languages now support nested response
handling.

We do not support custom error responses, hence we are eliminating the
models.

Currently if response object has a nested class, there is no way to
access the fields inside the nested class since in C#,
```csharp
private property {get; set;}
```
implies the property has both private getters and private setters.
Instead, we want to provide public getters but private setters. Thus
this needs to be changed to:
```csharp
public property {get; private set;}
```

[DII-2149](https://twilio-engineering.atlassian.net/browse/DII-2149)

Currently, if a sensitive field like `authorization`, `password` etc. is
present in options, solution context or instance, it is easily logged
using __toString(). This change redacts such fields from going into the
logs.
