Expected behavior
I expect to be able to share content from other apps using the share extension on iPad.
Actual behavior
The extension is displayed in a small modal, which cuts off all controls on the right side of the view:

This includes the Save button, as well as views of the currently selected categories and tags. It's also not possible to scroll to the bottom of the sites list, as that flows off the bottom of the view.
For reference, here's how it looks on iOS 12:

Steps to reproduce the behavior
- Run the app on iPad
- Go to another app and share some content
- Choose the WP Save as Draft extension
Tested on iPad Pro 11, iOS 13.2, WPiOS 13.7
