Worldsinger: A Cosmere Mod for Minecraft is a Fabric 1.21.7 mod which endeavors to add worlds of the Cosmere, a fantasy universe by Brandon Sanderson, to Minecraft.

With the first release, you can explore the world of Lumar as seen in Tress of the Emerald Sea. See A Primer to Surviving on Lumar learn more about the challenges of this world.

Getting Started

Note: If you want a setup guide for earlier versions of the mod, see the revision history of this page.

Installing the Mod

To install the mod, you must first install Fabric for 1.21.7.

In addition, you will require the following library mods which should be placed in the mods folder. See this guide for instructions on how to install mods.

Then, install the Worldsinger mod in the same folder.

This mod is also compatible with YACL and ModMenu, but these mods are optional.

If you're having problems with installation, please make sure you have installed exactly the versions above! We are not responsible for testing other versions, though they may still work.

Creating a World

When you create a world or join one for the first time, you will be prompted to select a starting planet. This will be your home planet, which cannot be changed later (without using the admin-only /resetorigin command). Once selected, it will teleport you directly to that planet on spawn.

Bonus Chest

We recommend enabling the Bonus Chest for an easier start in Lumar. Enabling the bonus chest will make it appear on all planets (both the Overworld and Lumar).

Playing with Worldsinger

If these settings are configured correctly, you should be able to spawn on Lumar (possibly with a Bonus Chest nearby)! If you need to teleport to Lumar or the Overworld at any time, you can run /worldhop <planet> as an admin. Currently, it is not possible for players to worldhop in survival mode/without admin commands.
