Looks like #5240 is just expected behavior. Waiting to hear back from the original issue creators just to be sure.

Regression is finished!
Issues found:

1. iOS / Android - Request money page breaks after using 14 digits #5241
2. Chat - Every time when log in with new account FAB menu opens up  #5238
3. Split bill - Deselecting an attendee in confirmation screen not retained #5242
4. Previously logged out user is displayed for a moment in second tab #5245

PRs are finished too.
