Summary

Help site update for #92169, which wires the in-app ExportDownloadStatusModal into the Search bulk-export (CSV/template) flow.

Previously, exporting expenses/reports as CSV showed a confirmation that Concierge would send the file. Now a Preparing download window appears and the file downloads directly in-app when ready, with an option to Send me the file when it's ready (delivered via Concierge) instead.

Changes

Updated docs/articles/new-expensify/reports-and-expenses/Search-and-Download-Expenses.md:

  • Export as CSV → Web: replaced "You'll receive a message from Concierge with the exported file" with the in-app download status modal behavior.
  • Export as CSV → Mobile: same update for the mobile flow.
  • FAQ → How do I receive my export?: replaced the Basic-vs-other-templates Concierge description with the unified status-modal behavior.

Verification notes

  • UI button label Send me the file when it's ready and the Preparing download status copy were taken from the merged language files (src/languages/en.ts, exportDownload block) in PR feat: Wire ExportDownloadStatusModal into CSV export flow #92169.
  • Navigation labels (Spend, Reports, Expenses, Selected, Export, template names) are unchanged and match the existing article.

Test plan

  • Confirm the rendered article reflects the current export behavior on web and mobile.

@truph01, please review the files changed and confirm they reflect the current behavior. Then mark this PR Ready for review.

Reflects E/A#92169, which replaces the "Concierge will send" confirmation
with an in-app Preparing download window that downloads the file directly,
with an option to receive it via Concierge.

🤖 Confirmed — this is a duplicate of #93890.

Both PRs were auto-generated for the same source PR (#92169) and make byte-for-byte identical changes to the same file (docs/articles/new-expensify/reports-and-expenses/Search-and-Download-Expenses.md) — same blob hashes (3965a935856d..36b44dbe9375), same three edits.

Diff identical identical

Recommend closing one. Since the PR descriptions differ slightly — #93890 calls out the Basic Export single-selection nuance (immediate download, no status window) that this one doesn't — you may prefer to keep #93890 and close this PR. Either way, only one should be merged to avoid a conflict.
