- switch to modern template with minimal customization - add bootstrap icons for socials, update to 'Twitter/X' - reduce amount of processing for API browser (only generate "all" variants) - fail docfx builds on InvalidFileLink - have docfx generate a sitemap

- further decouple styles between old mainsite and docs - NUMEROUS UI adjustments
the circuit-breakers page worked with one or the other .svg, but having both breaks it? Cloudflare can handle compression for us
