Colonel Burton's freeze a bit after placcing the bomb

I tested this bug with vanilla USA and Defense USA so i assume all of them have this problem.
Black Lotus and jarmen kell doesn't seem to be affected

This is Tested with the latest 2025 - 10 - 17 release of generals Zero Hour.
i confirmed that This bug dosen't happen in Vanilla Generals

Reproduction Steps

1. Get any Colonel Burton from any USA.
2. Place the bomb remote bomb or Timed bomb
3. Get the Problem

This occurs because the animation plays too fast for the game logic. Related to #1707 and should be fixed by #1656.

I did see this issue before, didn't think that those are related in this manner.

I was able to repeat this bug on Generals zh with the 2025 - 10 - 17 release
it happend after

• Timed bomb charge
• Remote bomb charghe

also I found that issue applies to Knife attack
