B-U585I-IOT02A芯片为STM32U585AIIxQ，与stm32u575-st-nucleo板卡接近，因此参考stm32u575-st-nucleo对B-U585I-IOT02A板卡的BSP进行了实现
原来 rt_i2c_control 只能执行 RT_I2C_DEV_CTRL_CLK 单一命令，通过此修改可以支持更多可用命令
