Noting that there's a fix in this release that will get Primer back to MAS C* (we temporarily dropped to D https://github.com/github/accessibility-governance/issues/159#issuecomment-3207557847 due to this audit issue: https://github.com/github/accessibility-audits/issues/11950).
