Fix macOS fullscreen titlebar spacing in desktop sidebar layout

• Adds a synchronous IPC method getWindowFullscreenState and a subscription onWindowFullscreenStateChange to the DesktopBridge, backed by new main-process listeners for enter-full-screen and leave-full-screen events on macOS.
• Updates AppSidebarLayout to track fullscreen state and suppress the macOS traffic-light inset (macosWindowControlsStyle) while the window is fullscreen, restoring it on exit.
• Fullscreen state is initialized synchronously on mount and kept in sync via the event subscription.
