Sessions no longer log a spurious "No such file or directory" error on every prompt submitted from a repository subdirectory. The Claude Code hooks responsible only fed a visualization that has been dormant for months and never ran outside this repository, so they and their scripts are removed.
The `orchestrate` skill's breadcrumb-write step now states its real purpose, enabling artifact frontmatter to resolve the active run, instead of citing the removed hooks.

Every prompt submitted from a repository subdirectory logged a spurious error that flooded the Claude logs and chat history. The hooks responsible fed a factory visualization that has been dormant for months and never fired outside this repository, so the instrumentation produced only noise.

UserPromptSubmitandNotificationhook registrations from.claude/settings.json, and delete bothon-input-received.shandon-waiting-for-input.shalong with the now-empty.claude/hooks/directory. Their cwd-relative command paths could not resolve from any non-root working directory, which produced the exit-127 error.📚 Documentation
