Why

The screenshot workflow currently captures the iPad App Store target in portrait. Simulator keeps the raw screenshot framebuffer at its portrait dimensions even while the app is running in landscape, so the harness now rotates the live simulator for capture and normalizes the resulting PNG before validating it.

Overview
The mobile showcase harness now supports per-device iOS orientation so the iPad 13-inch App Store slot can be captured in landscape at 2752×2064 instead of portrait.

Config and docs: ShowcaseIosDevice gains an optional orientation (default portrait). The ipad-13 device is set to landscape with swapped upload dimensions. Operations docs and config comments reflect the landscape iPad slot.

Capture flow: After launching the showcase app on a landscape device, the runner drives Simulator via AppleScript (setIosSimulatorOrientation) to pick Portrait or Landscape Right. Raw simctl io screenshots are rotated 90° with sips so PNGs match App Store orientation. Cleanup restores portrait on reused simulators when landscape was used.

Tests: Default device matrix expectations now include iOS orientation and the updated iPad dimensions.
